The ferag.skymove solution

Ferag built a ferag.skymove line for TIOR that runs 136 metres without a single interface. Three 0.75 kW drives power the whole conveyor. Because the system needs no lubricant, it meets the hygiene standards of a food handling area without extra cleaning steps. The conveyor also runs extremely quietly. That keeps the working environment comfortable for TIOR’s staff. Ferag installed the entire line in just three weeks. The modular layout leaves room to extend it later.

Results

TIOR now transports empty containers through its food handling area on a lubricant-free ferag.skymove line. The system needs little maintenance. The quiet, food-safe design protects both product quality and staff comfort on the shop floor.
