Ferag America opened its doors in 2006, to support Ferag customers throughout the US and Canada. HQ in Somerset, NJ, the team provides a wide range of local services, from Solutions Design to Project Execution and Support. Since March 2023, the organization has been led by Juan Cadrecha, an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in Logistics Process Improvement and Warehouse Solutions Design.

Ferag Region South is headquartered in Madrid and operates offices in Madrid, Barcelona, and Belgium, with Paris also playing a relevant role in the region’s broader activities. The region comprises approximately 35 dedicated employees across a range of key functions including Sales, Administration, Project Management, Site Management, Engineering, Installation, Commissioning, and Customer Service.

Ferag Region South covers a diverse and strategically important group of countries, including Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, the Benelux region, Greece, Turkey, the Middle East, and the entirety of Latin America (LATAM). This broad geographical scope enables the region to leverage a wide range of market opportunities and cultural strengths.

One strength of the Ferag Region South lies in its outstanding Solution Design team, as well as a highly experienced and passionate sales and execution workforce. Known for their authenticity, deep commitment to customer success, and loyalty to the company’s values, the team consistently delivers high-quality outcomes that strengthen Ferag’s reputation in the market.

The Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) region is centrally managed from our office in Würzburg. With additional locations in Austria, Switzerland, Poland, and the Czech Republic, we serve a diverse customer network in a dynamic and growing economic area. Around 60 employees work across the region in Sales, Service, Engineering, and Project Management. Our close proximity to customers and strong intercultural expertise make us a reliable partner in the heart of Europe

Ferag’s UK & Nordics regional operations are headquartered in Harlow, Essex. The Harlow location was established in 1969. The region currently employs 13 team members across several key functions, including Finance, Sales, Service, Spares, and Marketing. These departments work collaboratively to support Ferag’s business activities and customer relationships across both the UK and Nordic markets.

Our region has always been full of opportunities and I'm proud to be leading the team to deliver our ambitious vision. There are so many options to choose from nowadays, which can be overwhelming for our customers. We plan to break through the noise and provide simple, robust and easy to undertake solutions, using our proven technology, that will have real impact to our customers today.
